Back Pain, Neck Pain, and Muscle Pain are called “Musculoskeletal” Pain

Practically everyone has had back and neck pain before.

The back and neck are part of the musculoskeletal system.

When you have this kind of pain, it feels like the joints and muscles are causing the pain, because that is where the pain is.

If your pain goes away with stretching or massage or chiropractic, your pain is probably really coming from the muscles or joints.

If your pain doesn’t go away, or comes back, probably other parts of the body are involved.

If your pain is worse in bed and improves with movement, that usually is pain related to lymphatic congestion

If your pain comes on gradually with movement and is better with rest, that could be vascular pain

If your pain is worse in certain positions like sitting or laying on your back or side, that could be nerve pain.

The system that commonly contributes to musculoskeletal, lymph, vascular, and nerve pain is actually the visceral – or organ – system of the body.

If the organs are not moving properly and in the right place, they can cause issues in all those other systems that are expressed as musculoskeletal pain.

Let’s figure it out.

Let’s get to the bottom of it so you don’t have to be stuck in temporary relief.
